Linkz Advertising provides online classified advertising (“Service”) through its website BizLinkzUs.com (“Website”). This Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms”) sets forth the standards of use of the Linkz Advertising Online Service. By using the Linkz Advertising/BizLinkzUs.com website you (the “User”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this Website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. • not discriminate against any race, religion, gender, ethnicity, nationality, or other characteristic;
• not "stalk" or otherwise harass another;
• include license numbers in ads for services as may be required by law;
• post only in the category appropriate for your particular posting;
• clearly state in job ads if you are a recruiter, or not the actual employer;
• not advertise more than two job openings per ad;
• not create links or direct job seekers to outside job listings;
• not provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization;
• not repost or redistribute any information from website;
• not use robots or automated scripts on website
• not use HTML tags in ads;
• not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• not interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Website;
• not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law and any regulations having the force of law;
• not collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth above.

2. Fair Housing Notice

You understand and agree that all real estate advertising is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin or intention to make any such preferences, limitations or discrimination. Gender preference is allowed only for shared housing. Website owner will not knowingly accept any advertising for real estate which is in violation of the law. All persons are hereby informed that all dwellings advertised are available on an equal opportunity basis. If you, believe a posting is not in compliance with the Federal Fair Housing Act, please contact us so that we may review the posting. Any User who advertises rental property on the Website retains sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, including fair housing requirements.

3. No Spam Policy

You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements to Linkz Advertising email addresses or through Linkz Advertising computer systems is expressly prohibited by these Terms. Any unauthorized use of Linkz Advertising computer systems is a violation of these Terms and certain federal and state laws, including without limitation the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. 1030 et seq.), Section 502 of the California Penal Code and Section 17538.45 of the California Business and Professions Code. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

4. Content

Linkz Advertising retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, Linkz Advertising reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.
